- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the protection of personal data of Customers using the Online Store at www.biologica.pl.
- The data administrator of the personal data of the Customers collected through the Online Store is the Seller – Bioevolution limited liability company based in Warsaw at Obrońców Pokoju 18. Contact phone number: 22 863 20 14 (call charges according to the operator’s tariff).
- The Administrator limits the use and collection of information to the minimum necessary to fulfill the Order at the highest level.
- Personal data is not disclosed in any other way than for the purpose of the Order and the scope of consent given.
- Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract and for a period consistent with applicable laws, taking into account the expiration of claims and tax obligations. Personal data for which you have given consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
- We do not profile personal data.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The Administrator makes every effort to secure personal data during transmission by Customers and ensures that the collected data is processed in accordance with the law.
- All words, phrases, and acronyms that appear on this page and start with a capital letter (e.g., Seller, Online Store, Customer) should be understood in accordance with their definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available on the Online Store’s pages.
Purpose of Data Collection
- The data provided by the Customer during registration is used solely to allow the Customer to log into the Online Store and to process the order, including ensuring communication between the Customer and the Seller.
- Data collected during the purchase transaction is used exclusively for processing the payment for the placed order.
- Data collected through direct contact with the Customer via the Online Store's website is used exclusively to conduct correspondence with the Customer and respond to the Customer’s inquiry.
Basis for Data Processing
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the full functionality of the Online Store, i.e., to place an Order.
- When registering in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following information in the registration form: first name, last name, exact delivery address, phone number, email address.
Access to Personal Data
- In accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), the Seller ensures free access to personal data, their modification, correction, and deletion.
- The Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct it via the Online Store or by phone contact.
- The Customer can independently change the data provided in the Online Store system.
- The Customer can access, change, correct, and delete personal data at any time via their account in the Online Store after prior registration and logging in.
- The Customer has the option to directly contact the Online Store employees via email.
Account Deletion
- A Customer who has created an account in the Online Store can delete their account at any time through the Online Store or by phone contact.
- Account deletion is irreversible and means the removal of all Customer data. Recreating such an account will not be possible.

- A newsletter is a regularly sent message in the form of serial email correspondence to multiple recipients. It contains information about the Online Store’s activities, such as new products and current promotions.
- The Customer can order the newsletter service by entering their email address in the form on the Online Store's website.
- The entered address must be confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
- The Customer uses the newsletter service voluntarily for an unspecified period.
- The newsletter is a free service.
- The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time.
- Unsubscribing can be done in the account settings or by email.
Final Provisions
- The Administrator acknowledges responsibility for the protection of data entrusted by the Customers. Security issues are taken very seriously. Therefore, efforts are made to protect the Online Store from unauthorized third-party access and to monitor the methods of collecting, storing, and processing information.
- The Administrator uses security devices for the server, encryption devices, and physical security measures.
- Access to the data is granted only to those employees and entities that need to have access in order to process them exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
